Entrepreneurs, startups and scaleups always have access to a range of services and benefits from local business houses and regional, cross-municipal business hubs in Denmark.

These public hubs are designed to create a supportive environment where businesses of all shapes and sizes can get help to grow and thrive. And typically they have a lot to offer for free, as they are often funded by public money.

Service for all sizes

Most municipalities in Denmark have a local business house for new entrepreneurs. Their services typically include 1:1 guidance on starting, running and growing your own business, as well as events on basic business topics. The houses also provide access to funding opportunities, including grants, which can be particularly beneficial for new entrepreneurs.

Only a fraction of local commercial buildings are listed in this guide and only as examples.

In addition, there are six regional business houses in Denmark. These hubs offer specialized guidance and act as a gateway to the business support system for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Their services include specialized 1:1 guidance, training and workshops on topics such as marketing and financing, business development assistance, access to funding opportunities, networking events, etc.
