Health VentureLab is a unique, equity-free healthcare-focused accelerator program, a joint venture of GE Healthcare and EIT Health, providing a 16-week-long acceleration program in Budapest (relocation not required) for startups and entrepreneurs that want to develop their business competencies, and their health-related business ideas.
Health VentureLab provides a perfect environment for ambitious teams that are tackling real world health problems and aims to foster innovation and cooperation between big and emerging players in the healthcare industry. The program does not involve equity or financial rewards but helps to connect selected healthcare startups with industry experts and EIT’s Europe-wide network as well as offering training and mentoring through the program’s monthly events.
Ideal applicants are founders or senior decision-makers of healthcare startups that already have or are close to having a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and be registered in an European country.
